Bridget Esler Wins at the 13th Nadia et Lili Boulanger 2025 Voice-Piano International Competition

Congratulations to Bridget Esler, former student of Diane King, on her incredible recent achievements! At the 86th OSM Competition, she won Second Place and at the 13th Nadia et Lili Boulanger 2025 Voice-Piano International Competition held in Paris, she won the Mélodie Prize, Lied Prize, and New Commission Prize with her duo partner David Palmer. Bridget was the featured soloist at this year’s Traditional Christmas with the VSO.

Diane says, “It has been an absolute delight as one of Bridget’s early voice teachers, to watch her grow from strength to strength in her career, achieving international acclaim in competitions and performances. She is a true artist and an inspiration. To watch her on stage and hear her glorious voice is a genuine thrill. I am honoured to have been her teacher and we at the VSO School of Music are enormously proud.”

Congrats Bridget!
