Girls Jazz Day is open to high school students interested in learning jazz who identify as women or gender non-binary. The day will include jam sessions, workshops, mentoring, and an afternoon performance at 3pm. The concert is free and open to the public. This year’s focus will be on exploring improvisation. Advanced music is also available, please let Jodi know if you’d like to play at the 3pm concert at the end.

Instrumentalists: Bring your instruments. Drum set, keyboard, bass amp, pianos, guitar amp, and PA system will be provided. There are also upright basses available if needed.
