Alice Wong

Alice Wong, originally from Wales, UK, began her musical training on piano at age 3, later earning a full scholarship to The Royal Welsh School of Music & Drama. She completed her Bachelor of Music at Cardiff University before moving to Hong Kong, where she spent over 20 years as an Early Childhood Music Educator, piano and voice teacher, choir director, music curriculum planner and much more! Alice earned an L.T.C.L Vocal Performer’s Diploma during this period and completed advanced training in Orff-Schulwerk, Dalcroze, and Kodály pedagogies. She also played a key role in developing a play-based and interactive music program at Infants, Toddlers & Twos (ITT). Now based in Vancouver, she continues her passion for early music education as a Mini Music Makers instructor at the VSO School of Music.
