Registration for Spring term (Mar-Jun 2023) is now open
This is an in-person music class, held at the VSO School
Join with other adult pianists over four sessions to play for each other in a nurturing and supportive environment. Not only is this a great opportunity to play for others on a grand piano, but additional advantages of the masterclass format include:
- providing a social outlet with like-minded adult students
- a useful “dress rehearsal” in preparation for school recitals or other performance opportunities
- opening up the possibility of playing duets with fellow participants
- it’s a great way to hear and discover new repertoire!
Facilitation and feedback will be provided by faculty member, Dr. Carla Dodek. Pieces do not have to be memorized but should be at a playable level to receive the most benefit. RCM Grade-8 level playing and above is recommended.
