The second course in our Musical Theatre Trio takes us to the weird and wonderful world of Stephen Sondheim. This revered lyricist and composer studied with Oscar Hammerstein and wrote the libretto for West Side Story before going on to compose some of the best gems in the repertoire: Company, Sweeney Todd, Into the Woods, A Funny Thing Happened, and many others.
