The VSO Mentorship Program empowers VSO principal players to share their talents, experience and passion for music education for the benefit of present and future VSO School of Music students.
VSO mentor musicians are participating in a wide range of educational activities, including coaching of and performance with VSOSoM ensembles and hosting of events. They also lead a series of masterclasses and workshops, which represent a wonderful opportunity to interact more deeply with VSO artists, both for the student performers and the audience. Events take place in Pyatt Hall at the VSO School of Music, except where stated below.
