Kinder Chorus is a vocal pathway designed to help nurture and grow children’s interest in singing. It serves as a bridge between our Early Years music program and more advanced program.
Through playful singing games, echo songs, and movement-based activities, children develop essential vocal skills such as vocal exploration, pitch matching, breath control and beautiful singing tone, all within a fun and supportive group setting.
Students are also gently introduced to early musicianship concepts like visual music patterns, simple notation and basic ear training. The group environment is especially beneficial at this age, fostering a positive sense of community, confidence, and peer encouragement; elements that are often more impactful than private lessons during the early stages of development.
With creative use of props and imaginative vocal play, Kinder Chorus is the perfect first step for children to discover their voice and ignite a lifelong love of singing while continuing to develop their musicianship skills.
