Henry Shapard was appointed Principal Cello of the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra in March of 2020, when he was 21 years old. He is an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher who believes in a thorough, compassionate, and multi-disciplinary approach to learning cello at all skill levels and ages.
