16 Years - Adult
Learning music as an adult has a host of powerful benefits for mind, body and spirit. Studies repeatedly show that playing an instrument is one of the best forms of “brain training” to keep minds sharp as they age, and playing in a classical, jazz or world music ensemble is a great way to make friends with similar interests and become a part of the welcoming and supportive VSO School community.
